Today was one for the books! 🏆

We competed in Graham at the Food Truck Championship of Texas and brought home the award for Best Signature Dish in BBQ!

Our winning dish was the Brisket Crunch Rolls served with chipotle ranch… although there’s a pretty good chance the judges may have gotten jalapeño ranch instead 🤣🌶️

Huge shoutout to my brother-in-law Chad Wright with CCW BBQ for smoking the brisket for us. We’re a family-owned business and it truly takes all of us working together to make days like this happen. Both of our kids worked the truck with us today, and honestly, having everyone together again felt a lot like the early days when we first started this journey. Those are the moments that make all the long days worth it ❤️

It’s kind of funny that a taco truck won for BBQ, but we’ve never liked putting ourselves in a box. We love trying new things, creating new dishes, and stepping outside the norm — and today that paid off!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to try our food and chat with us today. We met so many new faces and truly appreciate every single person who supported us. Even with the pouring rain the last couple hours, it was an amazing day and one we won’t forget!

We’ll be in Waco cheering on our youngest as he competes with his culinary class at the Texas ProStart Invitational. We are so proud of him and all the hard work he’s put in to get to this competition!
