Thank you Cowan small town heritage festival. We had a good weekend and met alot of great vendors! We were told multiple times we had the best burgers and fries they've ever had! We love hearing that. We sold a record number of T-Rex burgers too. Come see us Oct 2-4 in Dunlap Tn for the Small town heritage festival...YEAH..it's worth the drive

Long hot day! Had to work alone because 3 helpers couldn't work today. Now broke down in jasper! Big shout out to the juvenile court for having us today. They LOVE them some philly cheesesteak fries! Im whipped. Prayers appreciate for me and Herman (food truck)

Thank you Whitwell Park. We had an amazing day. The line got long at times but everyone was so pleasant. We had a ton of compliments on our food and that means alot to us! We love our hometown. Cone see us in Cowan in 2 weeks. YEAH it's worth the drive

WHEW!!! ANOTHER T.K.O in the books. Sorry no pictures, we were to busy to take any. The heat, dust and atmosphere were all over the top! If you've never been to Trials Training Center to experience the race you are definitely missing out. We served breakfast, lunch and supper and are whipped. The riders, staff and customers were AMAZING! Thank you all for allowing Uncle Mike's to serve you. Now its time to wash off 40lbs of dist, dirt and grime. See yall at Whitwell Park for the Labor Day celebration Sept 7th. Come get an uncle Mike's burger and fresh cut chili cheese fries....YEAH....its worth the drive

Thank you Whitwell Football for allowing us to serve our food at the jamboree yesterday. It was HOT but everyone was pleasant and thankful we were there. See yall August 7th at the Whitwell park for the Labor Day celebration. Come get an uncle Mike's burger and fresh cut chili cheese fries.....yeah it's worth the drive.
