Follow this food trailer!

I'd like to give a shout out to all the independent local eateries in Dunlap!
This industry is near impossible and 80% of restaurants go under before the 3 year mark. Tenacity, persistent and extremely hard work is the only way we survive.
The odds are stacked against the industry with razor thin margins, rising cost of goods, rising cost of labor and a dwindling workforce.
Any mistake or even good intentions are on the chopping block of today's cancel culture. Theft, waste, and misappropriation of time will crush the passion of the good people that love the service industry.
Go support your favorite local business of any type and show your appreciation because these business bring 80% of the employment and tax dollars to our community.
Thank you all for you continued patronage and ALL the independent business that keep this community great.

SUNDAY JUNE 27th

We underestimated sales when we ordered the rolls for the sliders so we are already down to only having enough rolls for 6 more orders of sliders, however, we have other breads to choose from. If we sell out before you get a chance to try the sliders, we can take the same flavor combinations and make a quesadilla, use two kids burger buns instead of three rolls, Texas toast for a patty melt/grilled cheese type thing. Just let us know how you want it subbed and we will do it and we will do better ordering next week.

I’m very happy with the Mac and Cheese so far and I think I want it to be a part of the new core menu and maybe even expand on the flavors. I’m thinking a Philly cheese steak or Buffalo/BBQ chicken Mac and cheese would be delicious! I’m also hoping to add quesadillas to the line up next week.

Right now I could use a little feedback as we work towards getting back on our feet after the chaos of this past year. Shoot us a private message and let us know how you’re liking the new menu items, ask us any questions you have, let us know if you have any requests for new core menu items, or new flavor combinations… thanks in advance for anyone willing to reach out to us and give us feedback!

And I lied… mushrooms did come on the truck we just put them in the wrong fridge in our frenzy to get the food put away and prepped 🤦‍♀️ so the available toppings for this are mushrooms, onions, peppers, and comes with pimiento cheese. American and cheddar available upon request as a substitute

We got our Sysco order!!! However it came so late I’ve decided to omit the corn chowder today, but I plan on making it for Sunday. I couldn’t do both entrees before dinner service due to time restraints and y’all know that if I have to choose between fish tacos and corn chowder then I’m going to choose fish tacos! Also my mushrooms didn’t come on the truck so we only have peppers and onions to offer for the Philly cheese steak sliders.

The “featured” dishes on this menu (potato and corn chowder, Italian chopped salad, blackened catfish tacos) will be delayed today because we still don’t have our Sysco delivery. But we will be able to start selling the “core” items minus coleslaw when we open… I’m going to keep doing the best I can with what I have until we have everything. Everything should be perfectly ready to sell by dinner service (3:00) and we are open until 8:30 tonight

This is going to be the menu for SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. We were supposed to open today but Sysco was unable to make their delivery this morning and I simply can not make this menu without the ingredients on that delivery. But we will go to the restaurant today and prepare us much as we can, the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, so we will just get ready and make the absolute most out of Saturday and Sunday. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. But On the bright side, blackened catfish tacos both days!
