Just another awesome box lunch/dinner to-go from Arturo's Puffy Taco!!!
Today's spread is looking extra good:
* 3 Original Beef Picadillo Puffy Tacos topped with our mild red Salsa. 🌶
* 1 OG Beef Picadillo Puffy Taco with HOT 🔥 green salsa for that extra kick 💚
* And a delicious Carne Asada Quesadilla to round it all out
Crispy, Puffy, packed with flavor, and made fresh ~ it looks amazing and tastes even better!

Taaaa~daaaa!!! Our take on a chimichanga at ARTURO'S PUFFY TACO
When asked if we have chimichangas, this is "our version" ~ a flour tortilla stuffed with carne guisada beef and beans, rolled tight and deep-fried until crispy. Finished with lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, and salsa on top.
The one in the video keeps it simple ~ no avocado sauce... but if you want the works, our Ranchero Burrito comes fully loaded.
I like to add sour cream 😋 to mine!!! ..W a Bean & Cheese Burrito 🔥
Be creative!!

Today marks 10 years since we lost our founder, (my daddy) Arthur H. Lopez, left this world ~ but not a day goes by that we don't feel his presence in everything we do.
He was more than the man behind two beloved taco landmarks... Arturo's Puffy Taco in Whittier, California, and Ray's Drive Inn in San Antonio, Texas. He created a tradition, a taste of home, and a symbol of community.
We are forever grateful 🙏 for the legacy he bulit ~ and we will continue to carry on his PUFFY TACO dreams with love, ❤️ pride, and purpose.
We love and miss you always, Daddy.

🌮 Chile Relleno in a Puffy Taco? 🤔
It actually makes a lot of sense if you think about it:
Puffy Tacos are light, airy, and crispy--perfect for soaking up a little of that chile relleno's richness.
A chile relleno stuffed with cheese brings a soft, melty, savory element--total flavor bomb!
NOTE:
Splitting one chile relleno into two tacos 🌮 🌮 might be the right move, especially if it's a larger pepper...COMPLETELY up to you!!!
