How did a couple of musicians end up starting and operating what’s now an iconic fast casual food establishment in the county of Los Angeles?
It all started in 2020 right in the middle of the pandemic when so many industries shut down, businesses closed and public events we enjoy came to a halt. Bryant Siono (founder), a decorated music producer, world class touring musician and musical director, stepped up to the opportunity to create a cookout-like experience where people could safely come to a block party style event for community, good music and delicious food!. Little did we know this was the beginning of something bigger than we imagined.
What started off as instagram posts inviting close friends and family to come hang, became a multi city tour with hundreds of people lined up every weekend wanting to experience the distinct and later on award winning tacos.
Fast forward 6 years, praises by Eater, LA Taco, Yelp and many food vloggers, TYQ has become a local favorite
