Hey guys been awhile since I posted. Have so many things happening in life. But I have been working on a website and it is a task for the computer illiterate. but I'm hoping to have it completed by the end of the month. I will be introducing 3 new hot sauces for tasting and feedback. If successful these will be added to the lineup. My season debut will be Greening Up the Mountains and I will make different appearances that will be announced. Looking forward to the year 🙂

Big Willie has decided to make some major changes to the business during this winter.
One change will be that my thicker sauces in the mason jars will be more seasonal instead of all year long with the exception of my BBQ sauce and pepper mustards. In doing this I will be able to introduce 6 new hot sauces to my lineup.
Another change is since I am personally away doing culinary school it is hard for me to have my products ready for everyone everywhere, so I will have an online store set up and a website for ordering.
Also since I am making myself a makeover I may have a new image, logo, and maybe new labels and such.
Keep in mind even with these changes, I am a people person and I will love to say hello and try to make my favorite festivals and events. I miss everyone I haven't seen and look forward to having y'all with me as I grow 😊

Big Willie's will be at the North Carolina hot sauce festival in Oxford NC, (that's north of Durham) on Friday and Saturday. I am also competing for the best hot sauce. I look forward to seeing everyone there. On a secondary note I will also be coming through Asheville and sylva on Sunday and Monday. I hope to see everyone 😊

Big Willie's is competing once again at the chili cook-off but this time I got a new recipe that I can't wait for everyone to try. I will bring a limited amount of sauces with me as well if anyone wants any sauces. I look forward to seeing everyone.
