We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Hatchet Coffee Roasters and working with Brian Wilde on our new Sanctuary blends! We had an amazing time learning even more about the beans and roasting process while pairing and tasting the options. Working and talking with Brian and Sophia was such an educational and fun experience. We are absolutely thrilled to get our new medium and dark roast rolling in the next couple of weeks! If you’re ever in the Boone area, you must make a stop at Hatchet!!
