That Doesn't Suck LLC started as a phrase to describe different creations that we tried on the smoker and grill. Over beer, the idea was discussed to start a food truck/event cooking business. Over the past few months, this venture has started to take hold and will be opening in 2024.
We are a food trailer that will be serving Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois with a variety of delicious smoked meats, savory sides, and hopefully helping to create memories. We will specialize in pulled pork, baby back ribs, flat chickens, beer brats, hand cut fries, homemade coleslaw, mac n cheese, and special menu items for picky eaters. Each item will have a half price option for kids. We will also offer free samples of our "Auditions" section for future guest appearances. These will include shot gun shells (bacon, cream cheese, jalapeno stuffed into manicotti shells), pork belly cinnamon rolls, and more!
