We were honored to receive a Warhawk Bold Pin from the Chancellor of UW-Whitewater, a recognition given to individuals who make a positive impact through leadership, service, and community involvement🤝

This means so much to me because helping others has always been at the heart of everything we do. From opening Revamp Nutrition to supporting people on their wellness journeys, our goal has always been to create a place where people feel encouraged, welcomed, and supported.

With 15 years of nutrition experience, a passion for wellness, and a heart for helping others grow, Revamp was created to be so much more than a healthy drink shop. It’s a place where friendships are made, confidence is built, and everyone feels welcomed and supported on their wellness journey. 💪🏼

Today I get to hype up this incredible woman — Caitlin 💕
(down 12 pounds)

Watching her truly lock in on 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 has been 𝐒𝐎 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. Her dedication has been on point, and what I admire most is how in tune she has become with her meal plan, her workouts, her habits, and what her body truly needs. 👏

She’s not just “trying” anymore… she’s showing up for herself daily. From staying consistent with her nutrition, to putting in the work with movement and healthy lifestyle changes, Kaitlyn has been putting her goals first and it SHOWS. ✨

One of my favorite parts of this journey has honestly been getting to do life and nutrition talks together 😂💕 Sharing recipes, talking through healthier swaps, meal ideas, motivation, mindset shifts, and just getting excited over the little wins along the way. It makes this journey so much more special when you’re doing it with someone who genuinely wants to learn, grow, and become the best version of themselves🤝

Being a part of helping her gain her health back has been such an honor. Watching her confidence grow, seeing her stay focused, and knowing she has goals she’s determined to meet has been incredible to witness♥️
