UPDATE: The dishwasher is FIXED. We will open at 5. Thanks so much everyone.

The part is in. The technician is on the way to work on dishwasher. He will need space to get things done. We will be closed at lunch to allow room and quietness to accomplish his mission. We plan to open at 5. Will update if there are any changes. Thanks so much for your continued support, patience, and most of all the prayers.

Sadly, the part that was overnighted on Friday has still not arrived to Hobart. Therefore, the dishwasher cannot be fixed until it arrives. We are doing the best we can with what we are faced with. We will operate today with TAKE OUT ONLY. If something changes, we will certainly let you know.

Dishwasher technician: Good news its fixable. Bad news is we have to order the part. Therefore, we will be doing TAKE OUT ONLY Friday and Saturday. You can still come in and fix salads to go. We have gallons of tea and lemonade. Opening Friday at 5 pm.

We will be closed for lunch due to dishwasher issues. HOBART technician is on the way but cannot get things fixed in time for us to open at lunch. We will re-evaluate after completion of repairs. Aiming to open at 5 pm.

On Thursday (August 20th) this week, there are open houses being held across the county. Many of our employees must attend these open houses. Also, thankfully we are blessed to have big orders to prepare for schools that are feeding their staff. Therefore, we will be closed for lunch on THURSDAY. We will open at 5 on Thursday afternoon. Our vacation starts tomorrow. We will be closed July 4th through July 13th. We will reopen Tuesday, July 14th.

Dont forget we sell lemonade and tea by the gallon. So if you need some for your cookouts or just to get you through while we are closed, come by.

We also can half bake your pizzas to put in the freezer for those of you that might be missing us too much next week.
