Right now, it’s just an old building with someone else’s name still on the front.

But when we look at it, we don’t see what it is today—we see what it’s going to become.

We picture fresh bread coming out of the ovens. Coffee shared with friends. Families gathered around the table. A place where people slow down for a little while.

We’re excited to bring Irene’s to life, and we’re so grateful you’ve decided to follow along as it all comes together.

Today was one of those days that left us exhausted… but in the best way.

We spent the day unloading our new ovens and bringing in some old church pews that we’re excited to give a new life. We couldn’t help but imagine all the people who will sit there someday—sharing breakfast, catching up with friends, celebrating milestones, or just slowing down for a little while.

Little by little, Irene’s is coming together. It’s still a lot of hard work, but days like today make it all feel a little more real.

We can’t wait to open our doors and share it with all of you.
