A little behind the scenes lately 🌱☀️
We’ve been getting the garden ready again for the season — fresh veggies, herbs, flowers, and lots of time outside in the sunshine. It’s one of our favorite parts of this time of year around here.

A lot of what we grow ends up making its way into dishes at the restaurant, which makes it all feel even more special 🥬✨

Still lots to plant, lots to clean up, and definitely a little dirt everywhere 😂 but it feels good bringing it all back to life again.

Coastal Venezuelan Seafood Pasta 🌊🍝
A rich, slow-simmered tomato seafood stew inspired by the flavors of Mochima—loaded with shrimp, mussels, calamari, and fresh fish, tossed with pasta and finished with herbs and olive oil. Served with warm garlic bread to soak up every last bite.
