We had such an amazing time hosting the Paradise Royale Mountain Bike Race awards ceremony yesterday! Beautiful weather, great music by Retrofit, and a wonderful crowd celebrating a day on the Lost Coast . ❤️🚵‍♀️

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who came out to race and cheer on the riders. Days like these make us so happy to be part of this amazing community ❤️

This is Jesse Hill and me after Paradise Royale last year, which should tell you almost everything you need to know about this race. You start the day thinking about tire pressure, climbing legs and whether you've trained enough. You finish wearing shrimp hats on BMX bikes wondering exactly how the day took this turn. Somewhere between those two moments are creek, old growth cedars, dirt, a whole lot of climbing, burning legs and some of the prettiest trail in the King Range.

Paradise Royale is back this Saturday, October 10, with packet pickup at Gyppo Friday (10/9) from 4–7 PM. Come race it, come cheer, come drink a b**r afterward and listen to everybody explain the exact moment their legs stopped cooperating. And if you genuinely want to race but the entry fee is what's keeping you out, hit us up. Seriously. Let's talk.

Shelter Cove, 1928. A secret shipment of Venezuelan rum has arrived along the Lost Coast, and inside a hidden speakeasy, bootleggers, wealthy outsiders, and lovers gather to celebrate. But when a notorious bootlegger turns up dead, everyone has a motive—and no one is quite as innocent as they look.

Slip into something glamorous and step into the story. Whisper the password at the door, mingle with the suspects, trade secrets, and follow the clues. A stolen glance could be an invitation… or a distraction.

Enjoy a welcome drink and tray-passed bites, with our DJ bringing the sounds of 1920s swing to a night of dancing and dangerous company. Solve the murder and win $100.

As a small family-owned restaurant, closing—even for one evening—is never an easy decision. We truly hate disappointing anyone who was planning to visit us, but this Saturday, September 19th, we’ll be closed so our family can be together to celebrate a very special birthday. 💛
