Back Road BBQ Founded by Jimmy and Dalinda Condor Owned and Operated by Sara Vidrine Back Road BBQ was born March 3 2011 in Sandusky Tx.

The name originated from the child hood memories of Dalinda and her 3 children Mitzi, Brandon and Sara when they were growing up they visited their Memaw Pearl Rich and walked to her house down the "backroad" which used to be part of the old Hwy 377 before any of them were born. The backroad later became known as Graydon Road after their Grandfather William G Rich. Backroad BBQ sits between Graydo

n Road and US HWY 377 on a pie sliced property that was once owned by Graydon Rich and later handed down to his son Kenneth Rich and then later to his daughter Dalinda Condor. The property has been in the family for a very long time. Dalinda and Jimmy Condor are carrying on the tradition of Graydon and Pearl by owning a family business. Now owned by Dalinda’s daughter Sara Vidrine.

This is our last day before Christmas y’all! We have some very large orders going out today and we didn’t really have a heads up on them so we are just going to sell sell sell until we sell out! Side note If you love our smoked sausage please come buy a bunch we have 50 pounds of it we gotta move.
The price is $12/pound on sausage today! Merry Christmas everyone and remember It’s all about Jesus Christ!

Hey Friends!!! Today is that LAST day to enjoy some hot yummy fresh Backroad BBQ for the next 12 days.. because we are going on our Christmas Vacation. 🙌 Yay!!

We will be here Thursday preparing for a big catering order but we won’t actually be open.

We will likely be back from The 20th-23rd to do all the custom smoke jobs for your Christmas meals.
If you need a ham, Turkey, Bologna, Rack of ribs etc We will collect all that on the 20th.

We really aren’t making enough money to keep purchasing large amounts of brisket because it is the least profitable. I’m sorry if we run out before you get there that’s just one of many reasons we are having to close up shop. We are trying to stay open as long as possible but the meat keeps getting higher and higher. If you enjoy Backroad BBQ your support is needed now more then ever.
