This cake just stole my heart as my favorite cake I’ve ever made 😍 The little train is so adorable and I love the play on words. Inside is a 3 layer vanilla cake filled with chocolate chip cookie dough frosting and cookie pieces.

It’s been a while! We’ve been in the middle of a move so I had to take some time off.
About a month ago I got to make a Thin Blue Line cake for a local police department. I am so happy with how the flag turned out. This was a chocolate cake layered with whipped chocolate ganache and strawberry filling 😋
I can’t wait to get unpacked this weekend so I can get to work on more cakes!
