Sooo Chef Rusty decided today would be a good day to make his hottest hot sauce...these peppers ( locally sourced) are just part of what goes into this!! As pretty as it is ... he created a pepper bomb in the back prep area!!! I had to open the door to air it out and finally just walked outside after a sneezing fit!! We were all dying... lol . We love making everything from scratch here!! Hours every day are spent just like this making food!! Sometimes people realize how much time and effort it takes to make all this daily , especially catering. On that note of you are calling or emailing, you are going to want to call to reserve your date ASAP. We have had a few people call for last minute catering and because we don't carry all our ingredient items in the restaurant .
