The days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur invite us to pause, reflect and consider how we can do better.

For me, that reflection includes Mosaic—celebrating what we have built, acknowledging the challenges of running a food business and continuing to find ways to better support our staff and serve our customers. It is not always easy, but being part of your celebrations, traditions and community gatherings brings so much joy and purpose to what we do.
