Meet the Team: Anna

If you’ve stopped by Pixán since March, chances are you’ve met Anna.

She’s called the Gorge home since 2012 and loves being able to share great food, great drinks, and memorable experiences with the community that keeps her here.

When she’s behind the bar, her favorite cocktail to make is the Mexican Mule. If she’s sitting down for a meal, you’ll probably find chips & guacamole and the pescado asado taco on the table.

Outside of Pixán, Anna enjoys spending time with friends, listening to music, and watching movies. And here’s something you might not guess—she’s played the saxophone for 12 years, and her dream career is making and repairing woodwind instruments.

The Gorge’s beautiful outdoors and her family are what keep her rooted here, and we’re lucky to have her as part of the Pixán team.

For the past four months, Katy has been serving drinks, sharing stories, and helping keep the good vibes flowing at Pixán.

Outside of work, she’s usually spending time on the river with her puppy and working toward becoming a labor and delivery nurse.

What keeps her in the Gorge? The scenery and the community.
