What makes the horiatiki salad at Greca so special that we would dare to name it the Greca Salad?

We start with the best feta on the planet - a barrel-aged feta from Greece's Epirus region, where the rich soil delivers a wonderful flavor (the sheep feed on the wild grasses, which inform the flavor of the milk and then the cheese).

And then there are the tomatoes.
