Just got her all washed up, and getting ready for a Thursday evening dinner!

We are going to set up Thursday evening from like 4/5-7 or sell out at TSC White House!

Doing seafood gumbo, with rice and crackers. This will be a 16oz to go bowl, and 1/2 cup of rice. Price will be $24.

Also we will have our shrimp low country boil, same as we did all before! 1 pound of shrimp, with corn, taters, and sausage. Price $20.

I may mess around and make a swap soup!
That is bean soup, with ham, sausage, greens, and a hole lot of seasoning! Price would be around $14-16 for a 16oz bowl.

Sorry we haven’t posted or been set up anywhere lately, life has had us super busy! A lot has been going on for the past month or so.
With that said, we are going to set up somewhere next weekend. Probably White House! What we are having trouble figuring out and would like yalls options on what to serve yall.

For sure our shrimp boil with the fixing like we have always done!

Snow crab clusters, with the fixing like we have been serving.

Now here is what we are having trouble figuring out!

Either chicken and sausage jambalaya, or chicken and sausage gumbo ( both could have shrimp added if you want) or red beans and rice, with sausage!

I don’t think I can make all 3 the same day, but could do two of them I believe.

So please give us yalls suggestions! And hope to see each and everyone of yall this next weekend! The weekend of 8/22- 8/23
