This is what we are thinking for the snow crab boil.

2 clusters of crab (a little over a pound) with 6 potatoes, 3 corns and 1/4 pound sausage with Cajun butter dipping sauce! Around $50.00

We would also offer the same thing, but with 1/2 pound of shrimp for around $60.00

You could get extra clusters for $15.00 each and of course more shrimp for $10.00 1/2 pound

Give us some feed back please, we know it’s expensive but we also know there isn’t really any place close by to get it this type food. And judging by BIG CHAIN restaurants, this pricing seam to be a little less.

If we get enough positive responses back from yall. I will order the crabs, and start doing them once a week.

This week, we are going to have red beans, rice and sausage, the swamp soup, and low country shrimp boil. Just not sure what day and where we will be at yet.

We are also looking for feedback on whether yall would rather see us for dinner or lunch times. Please let us know!

What would yall think about a comb meal? With 1/2- 1 pound shrimp, 1-how ever many crab clusters, taters, corn and sausage, with a Cajun butter dipping sauce we make up?

Not trying to brag, but these shrimp today are probably the best we have ever made!

New shrimp then I have been using, super easy to peel, and way better flavor!

Thank yall again, the support is overwhelming!

We are definitely going to make a BIG pot of swap soup, seams like yall liked it, and some chicken, sausage gumbo for Saturday!

I’m sorry, I can’t never figure out how much yall going to order, or who all is showing up!

I’m sorry we run out so fast, but we definitely don’t want to toss out delicious food, and we are not at brick and mortar place! So freeze space is limited.

All I can say, is stick around.. get there when we say we are opening ( as you see again it goes fast!) and we will do all we can!
