Another weekend. Another kitchen covered in buttercream and powdered sugar. 🤍

From elegant vintage piping to beach-inspired birthday cakes, this weekend reminded me why I fell in love with creating in the first place. Every ribbon, shell, swirl, berry, and macaron was placed by hand somewhere between the chaos and the calm of the kitchen.

The Guilty Grind may have started with pastries and bread… but lately she’s been having a serious cake moment. ✨

Thank you for trusting me with your birthdays, celebrations, and sweet little memories. I never take that lightly.

I’m opening pre-orders now for fresh, limited batches, everything made from scratch, everything made with intention.

Fresh from the Oven
• Focacci - Original or Caramelized Onion
• French Baguettes
• Brioche

Scones $4

Fresh Pasta (made in-house)

• Shrimp & Lobster Ravioli - $22/lb

One of the hardest parts about baking to order is that every loaf, pastry, focaccia, croissant, and dessert is made specifically for someone.

I don’t keep shelves full of extras. I don’t mass produce. I buy ingredients, prep, mix, proof, bake, decorate, and package based on what is ordered.

So when people forget to pick up, cancel last minute, or disappear completely, it does hurt a small business more than people realize.

Please know I’m always understanding because life happens. All I ask is communication. A quick message goes a long way.

Fresh food, quality ingredients, and handmade products deserve a little grace too. 🤍
