We’re hiring! Please read full post before considering.

We are a rapidly growing coffee house with a strong, healthy reputation in a tight-knit community. We’re looking to add people who work hard, move with purpose, and genuinely care about others.

This is not for everyone.

We are expanding our team of go-getters who take ownership, show up with energy, and serve people well.

All qualifications listed are non-negotiable.

If you meet every requirement and want to be part of a team that is growing, trusted, and committed to excellence, send your resume to:

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
    •    Must be 18 years or older out of high school
    •    Must be available to work at least 3 days per week
    •    Must be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
    •    Must be able to consistently arrive by 5:15 AM for opening shifts when scheduled
    •    Must be willing to work closing shifts ending around 6:15 PM
    •    Must be able to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
    •    Barista experience is a plus, but not required
Note: we are not looking for summer/seasonal hires. Sorry :/
