St. Louis BBQ Rib Platter – $30
Smoked St. Louis-style pork ribs glazed with BBQ sauce, served with Guinness baked beans, sweet roasted corn, and crispy French fries.

Brine & Swine Burger – $19
An 8oz grilled burger topped with sweet bacon jam, crispy fried pickles, tangy pickle mayo, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun.
