🍔🔥 SMALL PLACE. BIG FLAVOR. 🔥🍔

Sometimes the best dining experiences come from the places you least expect.

On our way home from a recent trip, Joyce and I finally stopped at The Public Well in Nicholasville, Kentucky—and we're glad we did! From hot, crispy cracklins with queso to juicy pork carnitas tacos, a loaded Jalapeño Smash Burger, and some of the best Honey Sriracha Wings we've had in a long time, every dish delivered.

What impressed us most wasn't just the food—it was the attention to detail, the relaxed pacing, and the obvious pride that goes into every plate.

If you're looking for a restaurant that proves you don't need a huge menu to serve memorable food, this one belongs on your list.

🌮✨ Looking for a little sunshine on a rainy day?

Joyce and I recently visited Los Rodeos Mexican Bar & Grille in Danville, Kentucky, and discovered much more than just a great meal. From sizzling Queso Fundido and flavorful Birria Tacos to generous portions and outstanding service, this festive local favorite delivered an experience worth sharing.

In this video, I'll take you along for our visit and tell you what made Los Rodeos one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we've had in a while.

Did our Kentucky Burrito live up to the hype? Was the Queso Fundido worth ordering? You'll have to watch and find out!

🎥 Watch now and let me know your favorite Mexican restaurant in the comments.
