🚨 A Quick Update About Online Ordering 🚨
To our amazing customers,
We’ve recently been experiencing technical issues with our Slice online ordering system. Unfortunately, some orders are not reaching us, and in some cases customers are being charged even though we never receive the order.
For the time being, we kindly ask that you please call us directly to place your order whenever possible. If you prefer to order online, we also have an alternate ordering platform available until this issue is resolved.
We want to be clear that this is not a reflection of Slice as a company. They’ve been a great partner for us for the past 7 years, and we’re working with them to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible.
As a small family-owned restaurant, every order means the world to us. Missed orders not only disappoint our customers, but they also have a real impact on our business. Your patience, understanding, and continued support truly mean everything to our family.
