We make almost everything from scratch in our large Earthstone wood-fired brick oven. The process begins with hand-cutting fresh veggies, many of which are locally sourced, chopping Italian meats and cheeses, cooking sauces, and mixing and rolling dough. The Oven Pizza Company offers an array of truly artisan pizzas as well as the old standbys--traditional pizzas with your favorite toppings--but we also offer several Italian-style panini, fresh-made salads, housemade soups, cheesy breadsticks, roasted wings, and several dessert options that you will love. You can also pair your meal with some of your favorite craft beers or California wines. When the seasons change, we change too by introducing new pizzas, soups, and libations just for you.
