Because we had an "old" card, (which was promptly shredded) at the Northland Library, but our name was still in the system, we had to SHOW ID to borrow a few DVDs. Next time we want to borrow we must pay $1.00 and fill out a new form to prove we are us. Hmmmmmm???.......

If you ever must part with furniture please call "Off The Floor.". They take furniture to help folks get settled but the nice part is they do not sell it. They give it away. They just left here with kitchen tables and chairs, some LR end and coffee tables, twin bed frame, mattress and box spring, and some linens. I feel good about the help they offer those who need it. Help them out if you can.

Ready for Valentine dinner? Heart-shaped meatloaf covered with red ketchup sauce, pink mashed potatoes colored with a bit of beet juice, pink heart-shaped biscuits, pickled beet salad and fresh strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. Pass another napkin please. Btw, I love you.
