When the historic Wethersfield Diner became vacant, she jumped at the chance to bring a town landmark back to life. With the assistance of her husband Wil, support from her mother, Janice Pribyson, in memory of her father, Richard Pribyson and with the help of many other friends and family, she embarked on bringing the diner back to life. After a major renovation and update, the diner has a fresh

clean feel while retaining the classic charm. The focus is on classic diner food, made fresh, with lots of specials featuring seasonal, vegetarian and Polish delights. The Pribyson’s are excited to return home and re introduce The Wethersfield Diner to the community.
