Kimchi Smoke started as a pipe dream back in 2013. It is officially 13 years old/young. So much has happened since then. We went from being a food truck without a food truck (mobile tent vendor) to pop ups to brick n mortar, take out only, sit down, and a combination of all of it.

Barbecue restaurants seem to be dying as business conditions are tough all around. So while our schedule is not optimal, we are doing everything we can to remain open.

Our recent showings and wins at Brisket King and Meadowlands Burger Battle demonstrate that our food is as good as ever. The Cho Gold and Dirty Chodaq highlight my flavor profiles that you have grown to love from me.

All our major food truck events have been outstanding so far this season. Please visit our stores when possible and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Ridgewood will be operating on limited hours for May and June as we balance restaurant service, catering, and food truck events across NJ/NY

You can still catch us all week long at our pop-ups, markets, and festivals — and Westwood will remain open regular hours Wed–Sun.
