Burros-n-Churros

If you see Matt - it's his 70th birthday today! His eldest son, Matthew is chauffeuring, while our ol' Chef Joe (his youngest son) is plotting to beat both of them again. 🏌🏻 🎉❤️💪🏻

Happy 28th Chef Joseph Siciliani.. Although we retired Chef Joe with us - he still makes delicious, creative meals but for his special day - we'll let Gordon make him dinner tonight. 🎉❤️
P.S. Thank you for letting us serve you - miss it, like crazy! 😉❤️

What Matt's Retirement looks like...
A well-deserved, occasional nap & keeping my Dad's truck in great shape... His taking her to the Quincy Car Show today... First show without my Dad at the helm; big shoes to fill. ❤️

Who knew Friday would be our biggest sales & last day?

We do not have enough prepared meats, homemade sauces or fresh produce inventory to open today 😕

Grateful doesn't begin to express the sincere appreciation my family & I feel for this team & overall experience.

Chef Joe (my son) & Matt (my husband) indulged my love for serving... Working in a restaurant was my safe haven as a kid & owning one was something I had hoped to experience... B***os-n-Churros has been an experience we will forever appreciate.

To everyone who gave us the opportunity to serve & earn your business - (& friendships)
THANK YOU!
All of the thoughtful cards, flowers, gifts & kind words met with a tortilla chip smelling hug? Unforgettable...

We're hoping to quickly find a new purveyor that will take good care of 324 Birch Street & it's surrounding communities with warmth of service & delicious food...

Wishing all of the Almanor Basin's restaurants a very successful season...
RETIREMENT AWAITS?
Big Love & respect
Deidre, Matt & Joseph Siciliani

Hey restaurant owners / managers - if you have a feisty Chef / cook or even your servers & dishwashers...
This is a great investment for their attitude & fitness... Our Chef Joe has the best working environment - he leaves it all on the mat...
Grappling!!!! Better than counseling 💪🏻❤️

Always a good day when you get on the mats! 🤙
