If you didn’t know, Chef Vincenzo plays an incredible role here at Speranza—he makes all of our homemade pasta! 🍝

Vincenzo has worked extremely hard his entire life and is truly one of the most genuine and kind-hearted people. We are so grateful to have him as part of the Speranza family.

We truly enjoyed celebrating this special milestone with Vincenzo, his family, and all of his friends. It was an honor to be part of such a special day. Cheers to 80 years, Vincenzo! 🥂❤️
