At Slice, we create from not one, but two kitchens… my home kitchen and our commercial kitchen!
One of my favorite things to make when I have ripe bananas is homemade banana bread. I usually make it with walnuts, but tonight I was in the mood for something a little sweeter, so I made chocolate chip banana bread instead.
We baked them in both traditional loaf pans and adorable miniature loaf pans, and they turned out delicious!
Now the big question… should we add these to our already amazing menu?

We are excited to add this amazing watermelon salad to our brunch and lunch menus! This is one of my signature creations, made with fresh ingredients and topped with either blueberries or raspberries. It’s light, refreshing, and absolutely delicious!

At Slice, all of our charcuterie boards start with only the finest cheeses and meats. We also add fun touches, like delicious French macarons and so much more. And yes, those are edible orchids too!
