🤠 BOOTS ON THE MOUNTAIN — THINGS TO KNOW! 🎶🏔️

We are completely SOLD OUT!!

The big day is almost here! Here’s everything you need to know before heading up the mountain:

🚪 Gates open at 5:30 PM
🚌 Shuttles begin at 5:00 PM
📍 Shuttle pickup will be at Spout Springs

🚗 DROP-OFF: You’re welcome to drop people off at the Tollgate Crossing store first, then drive to Spout Springs to park and catch the shuttle back to the event.

🎶 MUSIC SCHEDULE
🎸 6:30 PM — Scotty Wilson & Medicine Music
🔥 8:00 PM — Eli Young Band

🔥 Please be mindful of fire traffic and give fire crews and emergency vehicles plenty of
room on the roads.
🪑 Bleachers will be available — please DO NOT bring chairs into the event.
🚙 Side-by-side parking is ONLY available at the Tollgate Crossing store.

🤠 BOOTS ON THE MOUNTAIN IS OFFICIALLY HAPPENING! 🎶⛰️

We’re excited to confirm that Boots on the Mountain is ON for August 28th!
We truly appreciate everyone’s patience while we’ve worked through everything surrounding the fires and made sure we could move forward safely.

Over the next few days, we’ll be posting important event information, including:

Updated Hours at Tollgate Crossing

Due to staffing and the decrease in traffic caused by the recent fires, we’ll be adjusting our hours for the time being.

New Hours:
Monday–Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 11 AM–7 PM
Friday: 11 AM–9 PM
Saturday: 11 AM–9 PM
Sunday: 11 AM–7 PM

We’ll continue to keep an eye on traffic and business levels. If we start seeing an uptick, we’ll happily look at reopening Monday–Wednesday!

Hagen fire is currently at 59,515.3 acres. Tollgate is currently in a red flag warning due to possible thunderstorms and high winds forecast for today.

The tollgate crossing retail store will be open for the remainder of the weekend but the restaurant will be closed until Thursday.

Music on the Mountain Update

We are continuing to work closely with local authorities to develop a detailed plan that will allow the Eli Young Band concert on August 28th to move forward safely. We expect to have a much clearer picture by Sunday.

We are also aware of a potential weather event on Saturday that could play a significant role in determining conditions moving forward.

As of right now, the Eli Young Band concert is still on as scheduled for August 28th. We’ll continue to keep everyone updated as we receive more information.

Hagen fire evacuations have been reduced, including the Tollgate Crossing which is now in a Level 2. We will begin opening up later today but with limited services.

Hagen fire has grown to 58,646.2 acres.
