Ditch Lily on the Square — leased space with everything included, and/or the established café
After six months of packed lunches, sold-out smoothies, and the kindest regulars in Westmoreland, we are offering Ditch Lily two ways.
The space is rented. Our landlord has approved us posting to see if someone wants to take it over as-is.
Option 1 — The space, ready to go
The charming little café at 1020 Pleasant Grove Road, fully equipped (smoothie station, panini press, bakery setup, refrigeration, POS, and more). Step into a quaint, already-loved spot and make it your own.
Option 2 — Full turnkey business
Everything in Option 1, plus the established Ditch Lily name, recipes, daily scratch-made operation (fresh fruit smoothies, signature paninis on house focaccia, salads, baked goods), branding, social following, and the customer base that showed up from day one.
Customers often said it felt like stepping into a cozy spot that didn’t exist anywhere else in town—warm, unhurried, and full of heart.
We put our heart and soul into this little café. Anyone who takes it on should know we’ll be getting to know you just as much as you’re getting to know the business. We want Ditch Lily’s original vision—fresh food, a quaint welcome, and the same standard our regulars came to trust—to keep going.
Westmoreland is still a quiet small town, with new housing developments underway and no other café offering what we did. We kept hours limited (Tuesday–Friday, 6:30am–4pm) because that’s what we could manage. More days or later hours would almost certainly have helped, but we simply couldn’t take it on ourselves.
We opened in March and quickly became a neighborhood favorite. The decision to close is personal (family first), not because the business isn’t working.
