Bishop's has been a Chicagoland favorite since 1925, when Grandma Bishop opened her doors at 18th and Damen streets on Chicago's west side. The fourth generation, (yes, you heard it right, 4th generation) has since relocated to 250 N Cass Avenue, Westmont, in Chicago's western suburbs. We are proud to carry on the Bishop family name and we hope you will become part of our family's tradition.

Today IS the day to come to the Taste of Westmont. Drone show at 1030pm, great weather and tons of country music at the north stage. Also remember, you can take a bowl or pint or quart of Bishop's Chili out into the Taste with you. You're not limited to the 6 or so vendors out there, so don't be scared to get a bowl of great chili.

Join Bishop's Famous Chili for a beautiful afternoon tomorrow for Westmont's Cruisin Nights, featuring police cars, fire engines, and public works trucks. Followed at 9pm with a lights and sirens parade down Cass Ave.

It might have been warm out today but the rest of the weekend will be perfect Bishop's Famous Chili chili weather. So stop in have a bowl or 4 and take a qt home, after all we are closed Sundays and Mondays for the summer.
