Inside the café, Slow Bar is our premium matcha bar, built around one idea: good things take time. We source matcha from Kyoto and Kagoshima, two of Japan’s celebrated tea-growing regions, and whisk every cup to order in front of you. Choose from four: Okumidori, Tengoku, Sokuchouzan, and Chiran. Enjoy them on their own, as a latte, or as a flight, paired with plated desserts from our pastry team. Slow Bar is open Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm.

After months of tasting, testing, and perfecting every detail, Slow Bar is officially opening TODAY at 11 AM!

Come experience our three-matcha tasting flights, discover your favorite Japanese matcha, and try our new dessert lineup featuring Hojicha Hazelnut Croissant Waffle, Matcha Basque Cheesecake, and Citrus Yogurt Panna Cotta.

We’ve been keeping a little secret. 🍵

For the past few weeks, our team has been busy behind the scenes, tasting different matchas, experimenting with recipes, and perfecting a whole new experience at Kei Coffee House.

A lot of matcha, a lot of desserts, and a whole lot of taste testing later, we’re finally ready to share what we’ve been working on.

Introducing Slow Bar, a new way to experience matcha.

Fresh egg tarts at Kei Coffee House 🥚✨

Flaky, buttery layers on the outside, silky egg custard in the center, and that beautiful golden caramelized top that makes the first bite so satisfying.

Inspired by classic Hong Kong-style egg tarts, ours are baked fresh in-house so you can grab one warm with your coffee or matcha.

Simple, nostalgic, and honestly one of the best little treats in the case.

We wanted to bring that convenience store egg sando feeling to Kei Coffee House. Soft, creamy, easy to grab, and way too satisfying for something this simple. 🥪

Our Classic Egg Sando is made with Japanese milk bread, egg, and mayo for that super creamy, soft bite. If you want a little more flavor, the Spicy Miso Egg Sando adds a savory kick that makes it even harder to put down.

Simple ingredients, good quality, and made for the mornings when you just want to grab something good and keep moving.
