We also serve fresh smashed Lemonades, Hot links, champurrado, elotes and breakfast burritos Hola, amigos! Bienvenidos to the Playa Baby Truck, where every dish is served with amor and the spirit of coastal México. Born from the sands of the playa and ignited in the heat of Burning Man, our journey has roots with Mama Chicha, our original beach baby, and blossoms today with the love and partnership of Red Feather and Chef Amanda. Nos encanta blending our rich traditions! From the beaches of Ensenada to the heart of the American South, our menu is a flavorful fiesta of our shared histories. Delight in the crispy goodness of our Ensenada-style tacos, feel the warmth of Mama Chicha's cherished tamales, and savor the artisanal touches in our signature tortas. Each bite encapsulates not just ingredients, but our stories, pasión, and the soul of two cultures dancing in harmony. And claro, with every dish, we sprinkle in a touch of that Southern hospitality Chef Amanda knows so well. It's not just about the food; it's the experience, ese sentimiento of being cherished and honored. Whether you're jamming at an art car party with the Mayan Warrior or soaking up the SoCal sun, let Playa Baby Truck take your tastebuds on a flavorful journey. With each taco, tamal, or torta, taste the LOVE, CREATIVITY, INTEGRITY, AND SUSTAINABILITY that drives us every día. So, ¿tienes hambre? Swing by, and let us treat you like familia. Because at Playa Baby Truck, every guest is a VIP – ¡Así es cómo lo hacemos aquí!
