The World Cup is down to the final four, and we're bringing the flavors to match ⚽🍴

Today's 1pm showdown between Spain and France comes with a menu worthy of the semifinals. Dig into Spain's Paella de Mariscos y Chorizo, then finish things off with France's chocolate croissants topped with fresh strawberries.

And we're not stopping there - Wednesday's 1pm semifinal features England's Chicken Tikka Masala and Argentina's slow roasted Lamb Asado.

This Sunday is for the gentle giants 🐾

Join us from 11am to 2pm for an adoption event on the patio as the Colorado Saint Bernard Rescue -CSBR brings some incredible Saint Bernards looking for their forever homes!

Sunday also happens to be Shawn's 51st birthday, and if you know him, you know there's no better way to celebrate. The giant Saint Bernard mural on our wall is Mozart, a reminder of just how much these gentle giants mean to him. If we asked what he wanted for his birthday, we're pretty sure the answer would be "more Saint Bernards" and since we can't quite gift him that, let's settle for helping a few deserving pups find their forever families instead 🐶

Cristian from Dillon Dam Brewery knows how to pack for a hike, and his trip to Chihuahua Gulch Trail looks like a pretty convincing argument for bringing our cans along!

The World Cup quarter finals deserve better than frozen pizza...

We've been hard at work putting together a lineup inspired by the 4 teams taking the field tomorrow, because apparently the kitchen heard quarter finals and said, hold my apron!

We'll be serving up:
🇦🇷 Lamb Asado from Argentina
🇳🇴 Fårikål from Norway
🇬🇧 Tikka Masala representing England
🇨🇭 Zürcher Geschnetzeltes from Switzerland

Kickoff is at 3pm and 7pm for both games, and we'll have every moment playing on our TVs. Come hungry and cheer your team on with a plate that's worth rooting for ⚽
