I have been trying to be more intentional with what I eat. It's not from a place of restriction, but from a place of stewardship. Our bodies are a gift from God, and I want to honor mine by being mindful of what I'm putting in to it.

It can be really hard to reach your daily goals when life gets busy. When I need to grab something quick, I want it to be something nourishing. This protein sourdough granola is one of my favorite things to keep on hand.

Made with active sourdough starter, brown butter, pure maple syrup, protein powder, healthy nuts full of omega-3s, and dried fruit, it feels like a little treat while fueling my body.

Because even the small choices can be an act of gratitude and stewardship.
