After much thought and with heavy hearts, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors.
Over the past 2½ years, we have poured our sacrifices, passion, and everything we had into keeping this place going. Despite our best efforts, the challenges we faced made it impossible to continue.
We are beyond grateful for the love, support, and loyalty our community has shown us. Every visit, every kind word, and every shared meal meant more to us than we can express. We truly wish we could have lasted longer.
We also want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to our incredible team. You became so much more than staff, you became family. Your dedication, hard work, laughter, and belief in us carried this place through its best days and its hardest ones. We could not have done this without you. Our kitchen team and our Sanchito team may be missing from the photo, but please know we thank you tremendously as well you all were the heart and soul behind everything we created. Joe, our kids, and I are so deeply grateful to have each of you in our lives, and that will never change.
So many people keep telling us that when one door closes, another one opens. We are holding on tightly to that. This is not goodbye, it’s onto the next chapter. We truly believe we will be back, bigger and better.
Thank you for being part of our journey. This community and this team will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
