Our Amalfi Luau, a coastal fennel and tequila cocktail, highlights the bold, aromatic flavor of Finocchietto, an Amalfi Coast liqueur made from hand-harvested wild fennel seeds. Layers of ginger add spice, while pineapple softens the edges and blanco tequila brings a fresh, vegetal backbone.
