Eckart's Luncheonette

This original old fashioned soda shoppe style luncheonette combines yesteryear decor with today’s cooking. The original setting of tin ceilings, wooden fans, tiled flooring, mahogany booths, marble counter tops with a tile basin which holds old fashion soda jerk handles, root beer barrel and coke machine is surrounded by mahogany wood cases filled with an eclectic array of antiques. A magazine rack is filled with antique magazines and newspapers. The original wooden phone booth still stands along with a 1920s cash register. Much to see and enjoy while dining on fresh delicious food. The friendly staff includes the forth generation of this family owned business. The updated menu is delicious and innovative. The breakfast menu, which is served all day, consists of fresh fruits, eggs, pancakes French toast as well as many sides to choose from. Try the many special omelets, the breakfast burrito, eggs Benedict, eggs Florentine, or the French toast sandwich. For lunch choose something from the grill or one of Eckart's delicious wraps. Soup, burgers, sandwiches, clubs, platters and salads, are all satisfying and wonderfully flavorful, or simply choose to enjoy one of the chef's famous suggestions.
