Pancake Sundaes prides themselves on a warm, friendly atmosphere, homemade, delicious food and fresh baked goodies. Kid and family friendly establishment. wife Shelly sleep in :) Frank has been in the culinary industry for well over a decade and prides himself on fresh ingredients and presentation. Hostess and co-owner Ellen Baldwin helped her families' dream become a reality. Head waitress Shelly Magner-Baldwin, graphic, menu design and website maintenance. Of course with the help of her awesome twin daughters who are the inspiration behind Chef Frank's choosing of the name and menu of Pancake Sundaes. The husband and wife team of Frank and Shelly, along with cousin John Mazeski, bring the classic and eccentric recipes to Pancake Sundaes on-site bakery. Our pastry case is full with goodies and special items are also available to order. All recipes are of the creation of our very own Chef, Frank. Fast, friendly, and of course, AMAZING food. We offer catering, custom baked items for any event, as well as offering a semi-private room for booking your special event. We offer a 10% discount to senior citizens, military and college students with valid ID. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm. Hey Y’all! It’s been a long year to say the least!!! Well we are doing one Final Liquidation Sale on our Equipment before we bring it all to a Restaurant Supply House!!! We had a LOT OF Interest, I just wasn’t ok with the offers that came in. We’ve got everything from Slicers, Toasters, Industrial Dishwashers, Boston Market Rotisserie Ovens and so much more!!! Again I’m not looking for top dollar! I just know what places like Gillette are offering.

This SUNDAY 4/28/24 We’ll Open the Doors from 10-2! ALL REASONABLE OFFERS EXCEPTED!!!! I’ve checked in with a Couple stores and Got their price quotes on all Equipment. As long as you beat them I’ll take it!!!! Keep in mind, supply houses are gonna offer very low. Put a lil love n TLC into the Piece and Sell it at a LARGE markup!!

Good morning Guys!!! So I Tried to post a Couple Times Yesterday but it was hard. We Opened Pancake Sundaes on Valentine’s Day 2015! I want to say Thank You So Much To Everyone!!! It was Truly Amazing How Many Wonderful People we got to know Over those 9 Years!!!! PS may Be Closed but I’m Still Cooking!!!! Frank & The Homies will be at The Northampton Elks Tonight Starting at 4!!!!

So here’s the Hard Part that I Just Couldn’t Bring myself to do yesterday. We are SELLING EVERYTHING FROM PANCAKE SUNDAES!!! I’m not going to List prices, cause Everythibg is Negotiable!!! I’ll Share some Photos here and y’all can message making a Offer! We have more stuff then the Photos attached. Oven, Fryer, 4 Foot Flat Top, 2 Foot Flat top he’ll we Even have a Boston Market Rotisary Oven!!! I’m at the Office Sports Bar at 320 Riverside Drive Northampton! Wednesday to Saturday 11-2 then 4-8!!!! I close the grill down for that 2 hour window to save gas but if y’all come by I’ll fire it up!!! We are located in the back of the Big Ol Factory building! Building 8 Brewary is right next door! I know I kinda hid the last couple months. I hadn’t posted a ton and I felt awful for closing! I’m truly sorry for my absence! It was mentally and Emotionally hard to do this. Closing then trying to navigate a completely new venture! I wasn’t alone by any means, My Family has Really Been there! My Uncle Joe and Aunt Monica were a BIG BIG HELP in all of this!!! Along with a few Awesome Friends and More Family❤️🙏it was hard and it was a lot, So I Thank All of Y’all for Your Patience and Support!! I couldn’t neglect my cooking duties while trying to Get The Homie Mobile going. So I did hide from FB. I’m Sorry and I did miss y’all!!!!
