Good morning,staff, students, and parents of Westfield State University🌞!
I have a very busy day making P.S.L.(🎃🤯🧋) CUPCAKES, STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE STUFFED COOKIES, and so much more to get ready for FAMILY HARVEST WEEKEND. I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow on the green between 4 to 7.
SOOOOO with time being in short supply, I need to find a home for these dark chocolate fudge cupcakes, decorated with Red and Barbie pink buttercream(the buttercream is vanilla inside, the deep colors do not run all the way through)!
Did I mention they’re FREE‼️?? They were made on Monday and never picked up🧐. Maybe you can let us all know if GILTE Phyl’s cupcakes are still fresh and delicious after a week?
This is only for the one dozen cupcakes, that cake has already found a happy new home🥲

CAKE EMERGENCY UPDATE‼️
 I had so many interesting requests for rehoming these bakery treats. I had considered the Westfield Police Department, but then reconsidered after picturing a police officer asking for someone’s license and registration with a big red or pink clown smile and the senior center …well, you can use your own imagination there.
I think teachers, coaches, or troop leaders would have the most fun with these. So if you are one of these, and can find some use for a dozen dark chocolate cupcakes, just be the first to like and share and available to pick up by Stanley Park at some point today. 
* I haven’t heard back yet from the recipient of the cake yet but, as promised, I will keep you filled in

Yesterday‘s post~
I made this very colorful cake, cupcake, and cookie order to be picked up on Monday and although my CUSTOMER paid, she WAS A NO-SHOW . I’ve done all I can to contact her and hope she is doing OK but in the meantime, I do not want these tasty treats to go to waste.  PLEASE HELP, this has never happened before so I’m looking for SUGGESTions for WHAT TO DO WITH these SCRUMPTIOUS TREATS ????They should all be fresh and tasty through the end of the week.👆 click on the pics below for details about what’s inside 👇

Sculpted this adorable bunny (a replica of baby Natalie’s go to stuffed animal )with modeling chocolate, along with the pink cap, for her special graduation party.
Oh, and that super moist marble cake stuffed with chocolate mousse🤗🍫

I have made flowers with with buttercream, fondant, pulled sugar, modeling chocolate, marshmallow molds… but one of my favorites is walking out the back bakery doors into the garden.

 Welcome to the end of our, what 10th, heat wave of ‘26!🥵🥶🥳‼️
You all probably thought I melted, but I’m fine thanks to my genius air-conditioning system for the Bakery(pictured below).
Thank you all for your support these last few months and thank you in advance for supporting the installation of a mini split in my shop🥰.
