We're heading to the Tioga County Independence Day Celebration in Mansfield!
We'll be serving all weekend long:
📍 Friday: 5 PM - 9 PM
📍 Saturday: 1 PM - 10 PM

🔥 For the Tioga County's Independence Day Celebration We'll also have Ember & Iron Catering set up with the FEASTfest grill alongside Papa's Patties, so you'll have two great menus to choose from! We'll have fire roasted ribeye, top sirloin, pork tenderloin, chicken breast, and sweet italian sausage!

🌡And with the temperatures being high, don't forget to grab a fresh squeezed lemonade or orangeade from Dirty Orchard to help you stay cool❄️

Welcome! From the team at Papa's Patties and FEASTfest we are Ember & Iron.

Now that Feastfest 2026 is over (keep an ear out for the Feastfest 2027 announcement 👀), we are so excited to put the giant Stickbuilt Welding Santa Maria grill to work.

We are working on a FULL catering menu that will be available soon. But if you have a wedding, party, corporate event, or just want to have the coolest get together with friends, please send us a message to inquire about booking. We will be able to provide a full buffet for any size event at nearly any location.

To get one more glimpse of what the grill is capable of, it will be set up in Mansfield for Tioga County's Independence Day Celebration July 3rd and 4th alongside Papa's Patties and our friends at Dirty Orchard with a great selection of fire roasted cuts!

We're bringing a special collaboration menu to Mansfield today from 10 AM - 2 PM!

We've taken some of Country Valley Meats' signature flavors and turned them into Papa's Patties smashburgers:

🍔 Black Diamond Smashburger
Lettuce, tomato, onion, baby Swiss, and horseradish honey mustard.

🍔 Woodfire Pizza Smashburger
Seasoned pepper mix and fresh mozzarella.

🥩 Wagyu Cheesesteak
Loaded with onions and Cooper cheese.

Need something to wash it down?

🍋 Dirty Orchard will be serving fresh-squeezed lemonade, orangeade, and dirty sodas.
