We had the honor of catering last nights concert reception for the Saint Joseph Cathedral Music choir! It’s was a high energy night and we heard plenty of positive comments. This is all the stuff for holding and serving our guests on Sunday. Literally one 6 foot table full of chafing dishes, crystal bowls & platters, serving utensils & baskets. And that’s not even counting the two refrigerators full of food.
