What a week.

Thank you for showing up for us and making our grand opening something we’ll never forget.

To everyone in Westerville who stopped in, tried the food, brought their friends, told their coworkers, shared a post, made a video, or simply came by to see what we’re all about… thank you.

The messages, the videos, the photos, the tags, the people coming back and telling us how much they loved the food… we’ve been seeing all of it, and we are incredibly grateful.

We opened Provecho with a small menu and a lot of nerves, figuring things out as we went. You guys showed up and gave us one hell of a first week.

This is just the beginning. The menu will grow, change and evolve, and we’re excited to keep building this thing with you.

Thank you, Westerville. Thank you to everyone who came out and showed us some love.

Now let’s do it all over again.

In today's WVLNews: Two new restaurants are opening in Westerville this week, bringing Latin-inspired food and Indian cuisine to two prominent locations.

Fat Arnie’s Provecho is opening at 20 S. State St. in Uptown Westerville, in the former DiCarlo’s Pizza space. The restaurant will serve handmade empanadas, sandwiches and other Latin-inspired dishes, with an emphasis on takeout and delivery.

Bombay House Restaurant & Bar is opening at 496 Polaris Pkwy. in part of the former Winking Lizard location. Its menu includes Indian staples such as butter chicken, tikka masala, dosas and biryanis, along with Mumbai specialties including vada pav and misal pav.
