Creamy Ewephoria goodness from Holland. This gouda style sheep’s milk cheese is packed with flavor notes of caramel and butterscotch. Its 12 month age makes it both crunchy and creamy in the same bite. We sometimes treat ourselves to the first taste of a freshly cut wheel 😆😬
