Daily Brew Co. is looking for a Kitchen Team Member / Barista to join our team.

This position will mainly be helping in the kitchen preparing food, but you will also be trained to help as a barista when needed. Our kitchen menu is simple and easy to learn, so full cooking experience is not required.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, willing to learn, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, which includes hourly wage plus tips.

There is also a daily kitchen bonus paid to the primary cook working that day.

Some flexibility is needed for Wednesday and Friday later shifts, along with Saturdays.

Benefits include PTO and employee discounts.

What a wonderful day celebrating 5 years of Daily Brew with some of the best customers around❤️

You all know how to make a small business feel loved, and we're so grateful for every conversation, smile, and cup of coffee shared today. The crew from today are sure to sleep well tonight😴

Tonight, we wrapped up the day with our Brew Crew meeting, which we hold twice a year. Once again, we were reminded of the heart and soul behind Daily Brew. These are the faces behind the counter who remember your drinks, bring fresh ideas to the table, keep things running smoothly through every shift, and help make your experience personal and welcoming.

Daily Brew wouldn't be what it is without this incredible team, and for that, we are so thankful🫶

☕️ FIVE YEARS OF DAILY BREW (6/1)☕️

Five years ago, we started this adventure knowing very little about coffee. Truthfully, we're still learning every day🙂.

What we didn't expect was how much this little coffee shop would teach us about relationships, connection, and community.

Some of our favorite moments haven't been about coffee at all. They've been watching coworkers become friends outside of work, seeing staff remember customers' drinks before they even order, and witnessing customers bring thoughtful gifts to our Brew Crew just to say "thank you" for being here.

We've loved seeing college students reconnect with hometown friends on break, grandmas treating their grandkids to smoothie dates, and even quietly witnessing first dates (even a marriage proposal!).

We've watched middle and high school students gather around childhood games of Sorry and Old Maid, creating a safe place to hang out, laugh, and belong.

And every single day, we're reminded that Daily Brew is about so much more than what's in the cup. It's about being part of something bigger than ourselves—community. ❤️

Thank you for making these past five years so special. Whether you've stopped by once or a thousand times, you've helped make Daily Brew what it is today.

Local officers from the Westby Police Department are handing out Daily Brew tokens to kiddos spotted wearing helmets while riding bikes, scooters, or rollerblades around town! 💙🚨

Each token is good for a FREE lemonade or Lotus drink — because safe riders deserve cool treats! 😎✨🧋
