Rising prices mean that we need to change how we do things to keep prices affordable. We need to make some adjustments so some of our menu items may change. We will be taking away a few items but let’s hope this is temporary. Our goal is to limit waste in an industry where the market is strategic, competition is fierce, budgets are tight and food trucks are dense in this geographic area. We want to do our part to contribute to fair trade in this economy where things are by no means fair. We have chosen to be a lone wolf for a reason. I’ll be posting the schedule later today.
