🌟 Staff Spotlight: Meet Chef Tiffany 🌟

We are excited to welcome Chef Tiffany to Café Nine!

Chef Tiffany believes that everyone can cook and that an inclusive kitchen gives each person the support, confidence, and opportunity to participate. She is already working alongside Café Nine employees, guiding them as they build skills, explore new recipes, and create delicious food together.

With her love of creativity, healthy comfort foods, and making the most of everyday ingredients, Tiffany is excited to bring fresh ideas to our breakfast, lunch, bakery, and catering menus.

Employees from across MAB Community Services are lending a hand and working alongside Café Nine team members to help make this exciting opportunity a success.

This large-scale catering order is a valuable hands-on learning experience for everyone involved. We are grateful that DDS chose Café Nine and proud of all the hard work happening behind the scenes!

Located off Route 9 and tucked into an office complex, Café Nine – which opened in March – serves coffee, breakfast, and lunch. But along with mouthwatering falafel and avocado toast, the café also serves as a vocational training program for people with acquired brain injuries.
